Fees & Insurance

Therapy is an investment in how you want to feel and live. I want the practical side of that investment to feel as clear and approachable as possible.

Self-Pay Rate
A standard 60-minute virtual session is $175.
If the full rate would create real hardship, please tell me. I am willing to adjust the fee based on your circumstances so that cost does not have to be the reason you stay stuck.

Insurance
I am currently in-network with UnitedHealthcare.
I also accept Medicare — if this is your coverage, reach out and we can walk through the details together.

Many clients use a combination of insurance benefits and self-pay. Others prefer to pay privately for greater flexibility. There is no single “right” way. We can look at what makes the most sense for you during a free consultation.

Even when using insurance, most plans still require the client to cover any copay, coinsurance, or remaining deductible. The best way to know your exact out-of-pocket cost is to contact your insurance company directly and ask about mental-health benefits for outpatient therapy. I’m happy to help you think through the questions to ask.

A note about workshops

Separate from ongoing therapy, I will occasionally offer short-term group classes or workshops (for example, for homeschool families). These are offered on a private-pay basis. Pricing and details will be shared when they are scheduled.

A few practical notes

  • Sessions are held virtually and are available to clients located in Colorado.
  • Payment is due at the time of service for self-pay appointments.
  • I ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Life happens — we’ll handle the occasional unexpected change with grace.

If you’re not sure yet whether this is the right fit, or if you simply want to talk through cost and coverage first, I would rather you reach out than wonder in silence. A short conversation is often enough to clear up the practical questions so we can focus on what actually matters to you.
