Meeting You Where You’re At
Life can feel like rocky soil sometimes- thoughts tangled in worry, transitions, or unexpected seasons. Whether you’re navigating anxiety for the first time, ongoing or situational depression, issues with aging, challenges with parenting, relational stressors, or the weight of carrying for others, seeking therapy is a strong step to plant news seeds of hope. I’m here to meet you right where you are, offering a space to sort through what’s heavy and nurture growth with faith and care. Together, we’ll tend to your heart’s soil, finding peace and strength for the journey ahead. Whether you are entirely new to therapy, have gone a few times in your life, or are looking for regular support, I am looking forward to meeting you right where you are at.

Planting Hope in Life’s Seasons
Like the parable of the sower, our thoughts are seeds – some fall on rocky soil, struggling under stress or doubt, while others take root in good soil, growing strong with care and faith. Life’s seasons, from overwhelm to transition, shape how those seeds grow. At Faith and Family Counseling, LLC, I offer Christian teletherapy to help you nurture your thoughts in fertile ground, finding clarity when you’re stuck, peace when things feel heavy, and confidence to thrive.
“But the seed falling on good soil refers to someone who hears the word and understands it. This is the one who produces a crop, yielding a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown.”
– Matthew 13:23, NIV

Your Therapist
I’m Haley, a Colorado therapist blending faith and care to help you grow through life’s seasons. I am a licensed clinical social worker providing virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families. I use a myriad of techniques and approaches that I have learned over my ten year career in healthcare.

Therapy Services
Together, we’ll blend faith and care to help you grow through life’s seasons. I can provide support for things such as navigating anxiety and depression, pre and postpartum support for parents, parenting, premarital and marriage counseling, issues related to aging, chronic illness, grief – all rooted in hope.

Investment
Many insurances pick who you can see, how often you can see them, require formal diagnoses, and can greatly impact decisions that are not perhaps aligned with the treating providers clinical recommendation. I do not currently take insurance, and each 60-minute session is $175. If finances are a barrier to you, let’s discuss this further.
