Planting Hope in Life’s Seasons
Like the parable of the sower, our thoughts are seeds – some fall on rocky soil, struggling under stress or doubt, while others take root in good soil, growing strong with care and faith. Life’s seasons, from overwhelm to transition, shape how those seeds grow. At Faith and Family Counseling, I offer Christian teletherapy to help you nurture your thoughts in fertile ground, finding clarity when you’re stuck, peace when things feel heavy, and confidence to thrive.

“But the seed falling on good soil refers to someone who hears the word and understands it. This is the one who produces a crop, yielding a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown.”
Matthew 13:23

Hello!
I’m Haley, a Colorado therapist blending faith and care to help you grow through life’s seasons. I am a licensed clinical social worker providing virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families using a myriad of techniques and approaches custom to your situation.
About

I am a licensed clinical social worker in the State of Colorado offering Christian individual, family, and couple counseling virtually. We all carry a lot of names and roles to those around us. I look forward to learning more about the different roles you carry, and how to support you excel in your day-to-day activities.
Services

Together, we’ll blend faith and care to help you grow through life’s seasons. I can provide support for things such as navigating general life stressors, disordered eating and body image distress, homeschooling, pre and postpartum support for parents, parenting, premarital and marriage counseling, grief, social work licensure guidance – all rooted in hope.
Investment

Many insurances pick who you can see, how often you can see them, require formal diagnoses, and can greatly impact decisions that are not perhaps aligned with the treating providers clinical recommendation. I do not currently take insurance, and each 60-minute virtual session is $175 due at time of service. If finances are a barrier to you, let’s discuss this further.
Contact

All therapy sessions are completed virtually through a confidential platform called Simple Practice, and I will walk you through how to get started and what to expect. Clients must be physically present in the state of Colorado at the time of the session, and I recommend my clients to have a private and quiet area for the duration of our time together.
Help is there for those who seek it, and I am happy to offer an initial complimentary phone call to discuss your goals with therapy. Ready to start?
